{"id":18,"date":"2021-06-02T08:09:16","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T08:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bprsdk.co.id\/dir\/?page_id=18"},"modified":"2025-09-26T01:53:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T01:53:09","slug":"pengaduan-nasabah","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bprsdk.co.id\/dir\/pengaduan-nasabah\/","title":{"rendered":"Pengaduan Nasabah"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 22 Tahun 2023 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Masyarakat di Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan POJK No. 18\/POJK.07\/2018 tentang Layanan Pengaduan Konsumen di Sektor Jasa Keuangan, dengan ini menginformasikan Tata Cara Pelayanan dan Penyelesaian Pengaduan Nasabah PT. BPR Sari Dinarkencana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nasabah dapat mengajukan pengaduan kepada BPR Sari Dinarkencana secara lisan atau tertulis melalui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Melalui telepon (0380) 831188<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Whatsapp   081239757265<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email  bprsarina@yahoo.co.id <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kantor PT BPR Sari Dinarkencana<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PT BPR Sari Dinarkencana menghimbau seluruh Nasabah untuk selalu waspada terhadap penipuan yang mengatasnamakan PT BPR Sari Dinarkencana. Hati-hati jika ada nomor telepon, akun media sosial, atau pihak yang mengaku dari PT BPR Sari Dinarkencana namun mencurigakan. Pastikan hanya menghubungi kontak resmi PT BPR Sari Dinarkencana untuk informasi dan layanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengaduan Tertulis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengaduan secara tertulis dapat disampaikan melalui beberapa media diantaranya :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mendatangi langsung kantor PT BPR Sari Dinarkencana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mengirimkan Surat pengaduan ke kantor PT BPR Sari Dinarkencana dengan alamat Perum BTN Kolhua Blok C, 67, Kel. Kolhua Kec. Maulafa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email ke  bprsarina@yahoo.co.id  \u201c<em>Pengaduan<\/em>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mengisi Form Pengaduan yang tersedia pada bagian bawah layer website ini. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam hal pengaduan diajukan secara tertulis, maka nasabah wajib melampirkan fotokopi identitas dan dokumen pendukung lainnya seperti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foto copy KTP nasabah dan\/atau perwakilannya (jika diwakilkan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surat kuasa dari nasabah yang diwakilkan (jika diwakilkan).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membawa buku Tabungan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foto copy bukti transaksi keuangan yang terkait permasalahan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foto copy dokumen pendukung lainnya yang terkait permasalahan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengaduan secara tertulis akan ditangani dan diselesaikan dalam 10 ( sepuluh ) hari kerja setelah tanggal penerimaan pengaduan diterima oleh Bank dan dapat diperpanjang sampai dengan paling lama 10 ( sepuluh ) hari kerja berikutnya apabila Bank memerlukan perpanjangan waktu untuk penyelesaian pengaduan nasabah yang disebabkan oleh kondisi tertentu dengan memperhatikan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Dalam hal ini Bank akan memberitahukan secara tertulis kepada nasabah sebelum jangka waktu 10 (sepuluh) hari kerja yang pertama berakhir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengaduan Lisan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nasabah  mendatangi langsung kantor  PT.
